Music download ? Please help?

I am trying to fiqure out if theres a way to cut out the front part of a song... My daughter has 45- sec to perform tomarrow for fashion show and the front part of the song take away a few sec with just the intro... Please help

You can download an audio editing program such as Audacity, and cut off the intro:

Also, if you are playing it in iTunes, you can go into the info for the song and choose a starting point the required number of seconds into the piece. You can get quite specific to fractions of a second.

Either way, if you are playing it from a CD, you will have to burn a new CD with the shortened song on it.
