I've seen some adverts on Sky for football games and other football related shows. They either have like holy music in the background or epic sort of music. Stop treating football like some ******* fight for the survival of mankind.

They have opera singers come on before matches sometimes. What the ***** opera got to do with football, they should have a bunch of drunken fans come on singing one of the football clubs songs. You get fans killing each other because they support different teams to each other. Its just a friggen game, if an idiot football fan was fighting in Iraq and you saw some guy with the shirt of your rival team, would you go and smack him one? No, you wouldn't because you would be united as British people, fighting a greater evil.

And the football players. My god, how ******* stupid can they get? They don't even realise that they only have good-looking girlfriends because they are rich. Notice how they have no football players on celebrity game shows?

tom some extent i agree with you but rivalry is part of what makes it so fun, imagine if everyone supported the same team and didn't care if they lost, the music is a way to sell the games to us, opera singers need to make a livin too,
Come on, don't you get it? Its all so they can sell the games to us, so they spruce it up a bit. Its all about money etc. I think it would be a bit crap if some guy was infront of the camera with a boring look a tone telling us the coming fixtures, i prefer it when they do nice visuals and i think most would agree.

I have to say that most football fans don't fight each other. It's only ever been a small minority.
